Habitat Construction Ltd. specializes in designing and constructing homes in North Cyprus.  As well as building our own houses and apartments which we sell, we also design and build for our customers.  We do not sell other peoples buildings or have our hand in too many pies.  This allows us to concentrate fully on what we say we do – designing and constructing.

Unlike many other companies, we have our own team of workers who are highly skilled and experienced in the construction industry.  Our workers are specialized in individual aspects of the construction process.  For example our painters only paint and our tillers only tile.  This allows us to guarantee our customers top quality workmanship every time.

Furthermore, Habitat Construction Ltd. is a member of The Cyprus Turkish Contactors Association and a TRNC Registered Builder.  Under TRNC law, constructors operating in North Cyprus have to be TRNC Registered Builders as well as a Member of The Cyprus Turkish Contractors Association and therefore it is only these companies/individuals that can build in North Cyprus.  Furthermore, we are regularly checked by the Association to ensure that we are meeting the sectors standards.  For further information regarding this matter, please see question 3 on our FAQ’s section of our website.

Habitat Construction Ltd is managed and run by its husband and wife owners.  This allows us to ensure that every aspect of our company is run to the highest standards.

Shirin was brought up in England and relocated to Northern Cyprus in 2002.  She has first hand knowledge and experience of the concerns you may be having in terms of relocating or investing in a foreign country. Having worked in challenging customer service/project management roles she knows what is expected from clients and how to provide a first class service.

Necati is a native Turkish Cypriot who knows how the sometimes bizarre bureaucracy works in Cyprus.  Having completed a Masters Degree in England he is fluent in English as well as Turkish.  Both Shirin and Necati have previous experience of investing in property.
