ISONEM started its production activities in 2005 in İzmir. It entered domestic market with the most convenient prices both for the production and the quality throughout the whole Turkey with the support of its engineers who received training on isolation and instruction chemicals in Germany through German and French know-how formulas. It acted as a firm with a mentality attaching importance to publicity by participating as ISONEM water tight products in sectoral fairs both inside and outside in order to provide foreign exchange input to the country in Turkey. ISONEM contributed to its quality with such documents as ISO and TSE, CE.

The main goal of the company is to improve the retailer network throughout the country and to increase amount of exportation. In line with this goal, it closely monitors domestic and international projects, and it has initiated very extensive future leaps with its team of engineers with in-depth knowledge.

Firstly having started to produce very special materials targeted at meeting the needs regarding isolation, the company has considerable confidence in the quality and the prices of these materials.

The firm has established the retailer system throughout the country and it selects retailers especially from engineering firms. It has excluded firms that do not have engineers in its team and that are considered insufficient in terms of technical capacity. Then it has established a retailer system for each city giving the opportunity of competition among themselves to the retailers. The firm delivered one to one training to retailers by providing on-site seminars and seminars in construction sites, and by protecting its retailers as for all aspects. In this way; the firm demonstrated that it stands always at the back of retailers in order them to provide best and guaranteed service for their customers.

Kubilay KURT, General Director of the Company, has received training and worked on developing formulation and technical assistance issues in Germany for many years. He has managed to establish a balance in circles in the chain about developing formulation of ISONEM water tight products and about technical assistance issues by managing both production phases and conditions of construction site together with retailer networks himself. His actual goal is make ISONEM brand a world brand name. The technical staff working for the firm is selected specially and every single staff from separate technical domains assumes duties. The company’s technical staff, which composes of architects, construction engineers and chemical engineers, can speak know at least two foreign languages.
